Manufacturing Supervisor - must have Dietary Supplement Manufacturing Experience

The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations and is primarily responsible for training production team members and troubleshooting/problem-solving production equipment and processes.

Responsibilities: 

Requirements/skills:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Must have Dietary Supplement Manufacturing Experience.

• Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

• Fluent in reading and writing in English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of dietary supplement manufacturing processes in compliance with FDA, NSF, and other regulatory guidelines.

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the production area of responsibility; capable of set-up, operation, adjustment, cleaning, and sanitizing of equipment.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, which includes standing and walking for extended periods, regular climbing, balancing, crouching, and crawling, periodically lifting up to 50 pounds, and distinguishing colors as required for job tasks.

• Adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures. All required PPE must be worn to maintain proper and safe working conditions.

Working hours & Benefits:

• Working hours: full-time from 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM (including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break), Monday to Friday.

• Two weeks of paid vacation a year.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on candidate experience.
