Bits of your job:
• Develop and oversee the organization’s financial strategy, long-term financial planning, and annual budgets
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, perform financial analysis, and provide insights for business decision-making
• Oversee cash flow and liquidity management while minimizing financial risks to ensure financial stability
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage audits
• Lead the finance and accounting teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Evaluate investment opportunities, manage funding, and support capital raising initiatives
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and improve operational efficiency
• Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
• Oversee tax planning and compliance, including identifying opportunities for tax optimization
• Perform other tasks, which may include overseeing tax planning, developing financial policies, and supporting strategic corporate initiatives
Requirements
Key expectations:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Extensive experience in senior financial management roles, preferably 6+ years in finance, with a leadership capacity
• Proven experience managing financial operations, developing strategies, and team leadership
• Strong financial management, accounting, forecasting, and analytical skills for data-driven decisions
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex financial information
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making in high-pressure situations
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations
