Bits of your job:

• Coordinate and perform administrative functions necessary to deliver, document, and monitor training programs.

• Deliver group and individual instruction using existing training materials and established processes.

• Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs to align with organizational goals.

• Provide training and guidance to newly hired employees during the onboarding process and support the continuous improvement of onboarding systems.

• Research and recommend new teaching methods to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.

• Establish and track metrics to measure training program success, monitor progress, and assess performance against targets, providing actionable feedback for improvement.

• Collaborate with teams to foster a corporate culture of continuous learning and development.

• Maintain accurate training records, ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and update training materials as needed to reflect current processes.

• Address training-related issues or gaps identified by employees or management and recommend solutions.

• Perform other tasks as assigned to support training initiatives and organizational objectives.
