This role is focused on our sports dietary supplement brands — Trumeta and Gamefusion — and we will only consider candidates with proven experience in the dietary supplements or health-focused wellness industry.

Bits of your job:
Conduct competitor’s analysis to understand the competitive landscape better
Take ownership of projects from start to finish, working hands-on with a small, cross-functional team to unlock key milestones
Set the project vision, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with business goals
Measure and report the performance of all project initiatives
Continuously gather feedback, adjust strategies, and refine the project based on real-time insights
Plan, execute and launch project initiatives
Take ownership of the upcoming initiatives and drive them forward with the same level of focus

Requirements
Key expectations:
Higher education
2+ years of experience working as a product owner or in a similar role
Proven experience working in the dietary sport supplements or health-focused wellness industry (this is a must)
Experience working with project management tools (E.g. ClickUp, Basecamp, ZOHO, Monday, JIRA)
Proven experience taking ownership and leadership of complex projects and consistently driving them to successful completion
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decision-making
Interest in health and wellness, aligning with the company’s focus on supplements
Demonstrate fluency in both English and/or Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations
Salary: 2000 €/mon. NET
