Bits of your job:
Create and run ads and campaigns on Meta/Facebook Ads
Create Custom Audiences
Work closely with the creative team and its visual creation
Search and test new audiences and creatives
Optimize and analyze advertising performance
Assist in developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies from conception to launch
Similar media buying tasks
Higher education
1+ years of experience in creating campaigns and ads for Meta/Facebook Ads
A strong understanding of the various audience types and social media best practices to optimize conversions
Familiarity with Google Analytics
Strong analytical, problem-solving & creative skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn and develop daily
Be passionate about social media and stay up to date with the new trends
Demonstrate fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations
