About The Job
We are looking for a remote Marketing Project Manager to join our team at IMPACT BRANDS. IMPACT BRANDS is a fast-growing, innovative USA-based company, which specializes in health, beauty and pet products development.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:
• Initiate and coordinate marketing projects (new funnels, loyalty programs, trademark/brand development)
• Define project scope, goals, and track deliverables
• Ensure the right fit and availability of promotional materials
• Help develop compelling communication that represents our brand values and resonates with our target audience
• Serve as the link of communication between internal teams
• Allocate project resources
• Maintain project timeframes and report the progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
• Solve project-related issues as they arise
• Maintain customer relationship tools to extend upselling opportunities

Requirements
• Higher education
• 1+ year marketing project manager experience
• Experience working with project management tools (E.g. ClickUp, Basecamp, ZOHO, Monday, JIRA)
• Ability to describe tasks (documentation) for a team of copywriters, programmers, and designers
• Understanding & awareness of digital marketing platform requirements
• Fluent in English
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
• Strong ownership of projects and orientation to detail
