Bits of your job:
Support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the team in various administrative tasks, systems & marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth workflow and organization
Monitor and prepare various types of reports of the team and cross-functionally
Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Help build and maintain automated cross-functional systems
Support all marketing team with consistent communication flow, weekly, monthly updates
Communication with external resources
And other assigned tasks
Requirements
Graduate from Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Fluent English and Lithuanian skills (both written and spoken)
Accuracy and attention to details
Great user of Google Suite programs
Good understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Eager to learn and grow
