We are looking for a remote Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team at IMPACT BRANDS. IMPACT BRANDS is a fast-growing, innovative USA-based company, which specializes in health, beauty and pet products development.

Get ready to:
• Stay ahead of social media trends and the competitive landscape to establish best practices related to influencer campaigns
• Identify new opportunities for collaborating with established influencers, manage influencer outreach, negotiation and contracting to drive successful outcomes.
• Create campaign briefs, track and report on the collaboration performance
• Vet influencers and their content to ensure that they meet our brand criteria
• Collaborate with other teams to support brand partnerships and cross-team brand initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in influencer/social media marketing
• Higher education in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, Economics, Creative industries or similar field
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Creative thinking and strong negotiation skills
• Understanding of emerging trends, social media and influencers
• Team player who thrives within a dynamic, fast-growing company
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have excellent personal organization skills and high attention to detail
