Get ready to:
• Manage 7 people team
• Delegate tasks to the team
• Help team in everyday tasks, blocks and problems
• Brainstorm and implement new ideas
• Lead plan execution, manage budget, establish key KPIs and report performance metrics
• Stay ahead of social media trends and the competitive landscape to establish best practices related to influencer campaigns
• Basic knowledge of the platform creator programs – TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
• Help team to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Collaborate with other teams to support brand partnerships and cross-team brand initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer/social media marketing
• Higher education in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, Economics, Creative industries or similar field
• Basic knowledge of the platform creator programs – TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
• Previous experience as a Team Leader
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Creative thinking and strong negotiation skills
• Understanding of emerging trends, social media and influencers
• Team player who thrives within a dynamic, fast-growing company
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have excellent personal organization skills and high attention to detail
