Bits of your job:
Provide administrative support to the HR team across a variety of human resources functions
Assist in coordinating and managing HR related projects and ensuring timely delivery of key tasks
Conduct research and gather information as needed to support HR initiatives
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Manager
Requirements
Key expectations:
Higher education (third-year or last year students are welcome to apply)
Keen to details and strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things changing quickly
Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
Excellent at communicating in spoken and written Lithuanian and English
Bonus:
Previous experience in organizing work and/or projects is a plus
Salary: 500€/mon. net
Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
