Open and maintain customer accounts
Resolve product or service questions to ensure customer satisfaction
Recommend products or services based on customer needs

Manage incoming calls, chats & emails, and provide assistance
Maintain and handle customer inquiries, records and documentation

By effectively promoting additional offerings, you will contribute to enhancing customer engagement.
In addition to assisting customers with their orders and inquiries, you will also be responsible for preparing correspondence and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. Your knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in our field will allow you to excel in delivering exceptional service.
As a Customer Support Agent, you will report to the team leader and work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining our high service standards and fostering ongoing customer satisfaction.

Requirements


3-5 years experience with customer service
Willingness to learn
Available to work full-time work (24/7 rotating shifts, 40 hours a week)
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
