About The Job

We are looking for a remote Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at IMPACT BRANDS. IMPACT BRANDS is a fast growing, innovative USA based company, which specializes in health in health, beauty and pet products development.

Get ready to:
• Manage the day to day operations of the call center team (up to 10 members)
• Suggest better modes of operations to make customer service easier for the team members and customers
• Manage, lead, train and develop call center staff to extend individual skills and achieve overall objectives
• Report on KPIs and track customer service metrics
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, technology and best practices 
• Continually look to improve customer satisfaction and minimize customer dissatisfaction
• Adhere to all quality/efficiency procedures and associated time frames
• Be an advocate for change
• And other tasks

Requirements

• Higher education
• 3 years of experience in Customer Service lead role
• Highly effective team management skills
• Order processing & inventory management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and result oriented
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of customer service call center systems and tools is a big advantage.
