About The Job

We are looking for a remote Affiliate Director to join our team at IMPACT BRANDS. IMPACT BRANDS is a fast-growing, innovative USA-based company, which specializes in health, beauty and pet products development.

Get ready to:
• Develop and manage a portfolio of client affiliate marketing programs ensuring in depth understanding of the financial value of the portfolio
• Acquire, retain and activate of new affiliates and partnerships
• Negotiate and review commercial agreements with all partners
• Identify new client opportunities
• Analyze of campaigns, report ROI results and devise strategies to move forward
• Monitor and analyze results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports – conversion rates optimization
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships using different channels and communication strategies
• Develop and maintain market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing
• Lead the team and provide advice when necessary

Requirements

• Higher education
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Affiliate Executive within a performance-based marketing
• Experience with direct response affiliate marketing and health and beauty verticals is preferred
• Must have experience with affiliate network interfaces (e.g. Everflow, Hasoffers, Clickbank etc.)
• Great understanding of media buying on display, social, native, email, mailers, etc.
• Good sales and negotiation skills
• Experience with financial planning and budgeting
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Strong analytical, problem solving and logical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills and ability to prioritize
• Team Management experience
• Great communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
